Where Can My Friends Park in Austin?

For supporters arriving in Austin to cheer you across the Finish Line, follow these directions: From Highway 290, take I-35 south to the 6th, 8th, 11th or 12th Street exit, then go west toward downtown. Free surface lots, garages and street parking are located along Trinity and San Jacinto south of 15th Street.

Take advantage of free street parking on the south and west side of the Capitol by continuing west on 11th Street past San Jacinto. Do not travel or park north of 15th Street; this area is off-limits to spectator traffic and parking.

Also, Trinity from 15th to MLK will be closed from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Once you've parked, the Finish Line is a short walk to the intersection of Congress and 18th Street.
